what is everyones favorite AI to use for bloat and lowering (not completely suppressing) estrogen. I have never really used any type of anti e/ai while cycling unless I ran very high doses. Now years later im running a simple cycle and am experiencing some bloat (moonface etc) and am a tad out of the loop with the favorites so was hoping to get some opinions. the bloat is from the test and peptide combo I believe. thanks in advance and I look forward to responses

IMO Aromasin at 12.5mg ED as it won't completely wreck your lipids and won't completely devastate your E2 levels. I'd say most people will agree.

Now, if you're prone to gyno, it's another story. Aromasin isn't strong enough for me and I have to use Adex @ .5mg ED to avoid gyno flare ups when I'm on high androgens. Sucks, but it's life.

thanks epoxy that's what I was thinking as well. I am fortunate enough to not be gyno prone.

I use Adex currently. In the past I've also had good results from Formestane

Adex is my favorite. I find aromasin and letro to suppress e2 too much...that said my cycles are mild. If I were running high doses, aromasin would probably work well.

I've used Aromasin and Adex. I like both. I find Adex to work a little better and I only need a couple doses per week. Does not affect my lipids.

Me too. Before I had gyno I used exemestane. Once I got gyno now I honestly have to use letro if I am on above 250mg a week of test. I must have a naturally high amount of aromatase.

Right now running 500cyp and 12.5 exstane and my estradiol was 16 and test was 2200 50 hours after a 250 pin. It works a little to we'll for me.

Probably will up the test.

Adex but I'm confident it's one of the reasons why my cholesterol was very bad last I had it checked.
