What are some favorite cable accessory attachments? And where to purchase?
My gym is in need of some updates to these outside of the usual ropes, cambered bars, and standard handles for flys.

I went my entire life without feeling an ACTUAL pump in my lats until I bought these. For whatever reason, the hand positioning/grip allows me to pull with my elbows exclusively on rows and pulldowns.
I can actually get through an entire back workout without getting a bicep pump now. Absolute game changer.

I love all the mag pull shit. I'm also a fan of that new tricep attachments everyones using now. Cant think of what its called but its got 2 positions for your hands and it keep s the hands neutral. WOrks great for tris, and back (pull overs)

I second these as being great

They are originally MAG-handles but you have all kinds of ripoffs nowadays, not necessarily bad quality neither.

36 inch ropes minimum. Companies are idiots for making ropes 27 inches to begin with and that's what most gyms have

Thanks for sharing. I have seen these on Amazon many times, but didn't really understand what was special about them. Going to order some of these for sure..

I bought the Vulken rope which is really nice for Tris and back.

Then i use an anklet (hope this is the right word) to do cable lateral raises.

That's it....

I bought both Vulcan lengths and ended up going with the shorter 24" one as I think it activates the lats a bit more than the 27"

Also got a set of wrist cuffs for side laterals

And another set of cuffs that I use to grip in my hand to use for tricep movements and rear delts

Great additions that I keep in my gym bag

My main go to is a 3 foot piece of chain i have had in my bags for 30 years with a carbineer and handle on both ends. Very adaptable.

Chain extension for handles and a extra long rope.
