Favorite winter bulker

why not keep it simple and just do -

weeks 1-12 test C or E (or sust) 500-1000mg (depends on level of experiance)

weeks 1-12 deca 300-600mg

weeks 1-6 or 8 d bol 30-40mg ED

arimadex .5mg EOD

simple but effective...eat alot, train your ass off, and grow...

i have never run deca before


he doesnt wanna get fat. just a few points up.
he's not gonna gain 12 pounds of mostly muscle in 2 months by just eating alot. still, just do like's been said. keep it simple. test/deca.
or test/tren. then eat.

Bro, no disrespect intended, but if you've already ran 5 cycles and are still sub 200lbs you need to evaluate your training and diet HARDCORE. 500mg of test a week and good diet training will get even average genetics over 200lbs IMHO.

test 800
eq 400
gh 4 iu
insulin 10iu 3x/day

every 4-6 weeks i will blast a compound. Right now, its insulin, after im done with slin, it may be dbol, after that maybe tren, then t prop. My base is test and eq for now, may switch to test and deca. gh as i can afford, right now its 4 m-f. just started this 'theory' but i have heard good things after talking to some top amateurs so we ll see how it works for me.

DONE.....no clean food, you're bulking.......just eat....a lot.

If at still under 200lbs after already 5 cycles under your belt you need 2g+ gear a week to gain so little weight, then you're clearly doing something way WRONG training/eating wise.

Not to sound like an ass, BUT I got to 190 naturally at 5'8" before I did anything at all juice wise.

I got to 205 at 5'9 and my genetics suck. Eat like a beast and you can get there with some creatine.

Im getting rdy for my winter bulker. going to try to do this as clean as possible but its a balls out run for 200lbs by march at around 10-12%bf i'm 188-190 now at 9%

so any suggestions what your favorite ? whats been successful for you and why ?

In my experience I always put food priority followed by training, sleep, and supps. If you can eat clean all winter and still put in the calories more power to you brotha! Stay motivated and eat clean with lots of calories so when it is time to diet for the show youll come dialed in a lot sharper! Off season im usually 235ish and bodyfat between 10-15% (Im 5'08" on a good day). When i diet down ill come in lean just under 200 and my diet is pretty clean for the most part all off season. Only problem with eating clean all the time is i get burnt out and want a whopper or two every once in awhile!Your already pretty lean for off season at only 9%. I always feel strong and just better at around 12% or so and when I drop under 10% i start feeling week and tired (maybe more mental?). Sounds like your on the right track. My advice.....EAT!
 
For your weight gain goal I wouldn't suggest a large cycle. Like a lot of the smart members are saying in this thread, KEEP IT SIMPLE.

Choose a Test (Cyp or Enanth) - Run at 500 - 750mgs a week.

Throw in some Deca and dbol, and be done. Arimi 1mg eod for any possible estro sides.

EAT!! Don't rely on compounds to get the job done.

Simple is the right way to do it.i am runing the same but i am adding hgh.
 
I shake my head when I read threads like this. 200pounds...your simply not eating enough. 500mg test and some dbol should put weight on you easy. If you don't get to 200 pounds with that you should take up golf as your main hobbie.

You have done 5 cycles and weigh that... fucking hell. Eat some food and don't be scared of calories. You mention earlier your thinking about doing 4 types of AAS. If you took the tbol alone and ate good you would easily beat the 200 pound mark. I guarantee you will do the cycle be pleased and get to your target weight then 4 months later you will be back to where you started. You need to eat more.
