Female hgh dosage help

Hello everyone. My girlfriend wants to start hgh, for some fat loss. She does not compete and I know there are better ways to accomplish her goals but she has her mind set on it because I started hgh myself. What would be a good dosage to start with and work up to. From my understanding, 1iu is a normal dosage, is this correct? Taken in the morning, pre, or post workout? Opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Best way to dose GH for fatloss is take 1iu in the AM right before fasted AM cardio and then do another 1iu before bed.

woman and primo

my girl did a cycle of anavar she startd at 5mg ed 3 hrs pre work out along with 1iu of hgh, well the gains she made were great she went from a size 7 jeans to a size 3-5 in 6 weeks and has put on some good lean muscle, she has since d/c the anavar for 6 weeks and is looking to start back up with the var, but this time we are thinking of throwing in some primo, what is a good starting dose for a woman with primo, also I forgot to say that before the gh and the var cycle she did do one kit of hgh frag 176- 191 AA and that really help in the aid of burining adapoise tissue would definatly recamend to any woman for weight loss exspecial adapois tissue, so the questin is what is a good starting dose for a femail to do with primo she will be starting uo the var soon and will still be doing 1iu of hgh

Thank you for the info, I'm just starting out and had the same questions about the timing of the HGH.

1iu in the morning - around 50-60 min before breakfast, 1iu after work-out (taking food in around an hr) plus vermo's var of 10 mg daily - that's what I am running now. Great results

Timing....hmmm. Well according to a lot of research our body's highest level of natural HGH is while we are sleeping. So it would seem to me best not to do it before bed. My GF was taking only 1 iu post workout and had great results, qualified for the NPC figure nationals at a large east coast show. But of course that had a lot to do with diet and workout more than anything. LOL She's dying to do it again!
