Yeah, I have not had a good training session since. Yeah I left my straps there and Q picked them up for me and has not gave em back yet, thats why I have not touched a weight since then...LOL! Did you get your cd yet? Lets see em Rob. TTYL bro.

Thanks Flex. I had to throw in the towel for Nats. But, I gotta try to requalify, maybe at the Orange County in April. Then I will chill for a yr and try to be a solid light-heavy.

Thanks main. I try to do too much when I prep and never stick to one diet and I always screw myself. But, I have faith in my prep guru these days, very organized.

As far as the name, I will always be lilsavage according to all my buds. Just a name I inherited in H.S. playing football and wrestling.

Now if I could stop playing Halo 3 online I can stop missing meals and making it to the gym...
