Figure transformation and improvment

This is Jackie...a member here on PM... i have posted pics of her before.

She is 48 years old and recently became a proud grandma to a really cute baby boy...

The first pic is of her is at at Lonnie Tepers Junior Cal show last year, i didnt know her then...But she decided to start working with me a few months later for this years San Diego show, the orange county, The cal and Lonnies show again...

She loves to train hard , do her cardio hard, stick to her diet and get on stage... .. Working with here has been awesome...

As you can see... shes put on some good muscle in a really short time., and improved a lot. Im really proud of her work effort and attitude..

she competes in the masters as well as the open class with girls that are half her age and surely holds her own.. .. Shes going to keep improving and getting better...

and the best part is that she enjoys the training, cardio and diet.. and to me.. thats what its all about.. Im really proud of her hard work..

She has a really supportive husband whom im working with as well and hes improved drastically in a short amount of time...I want to get some pics of him up here too.. Im proud of both of them..

Jackie goes to my gym guys, about the time I go. She is one hard worker and trains hard. She looks better then girls 1/2 her age. Her husband Roy looks alot better too. Two of the nicest people that I can call friends. Jackie has literally improved overnight. The amazing part is she has only been seriously lifting for the last couple of years. She will be competing at The CA, if you are close, come and support her.

I appreciate it and im sure she does..

Right now shes soaking up all the love of her new grandson..

but our work is not done by far.. shes motivated like no other to keep improving.. She has been working hard to put on some nice muscle and her condition is getting better and better..

48 is just a number to her.. its not stopping her from competing or slowing her down a bit..

Thanks guys for the really nice comments. I'm amazed every time I look in the mirror at how much my body has changed since I started working with Alex. Alex is all about good quality muscle gain - no getting fat and then trying to get lean while trying to hang on to the muscle. It's been slow and steady and I'm loving it! I'm anxious to see where I'll be a year from now.

Smalltown - the fist picture was Jr. Cal in June 2009 and I was a puny 107 pounds. The second picture was San Diego in March this year and I was 117 pounds.

And since Alex mentioned it... what kind of grammy would I be if I didn't have a picture... or two...

You have been great to work with ....and you are getting better each showing... Your lucky to have a supporting husband who works out....... and is improving right along with you..

And damn..I wish i could gain 10lbs of muscle in 7 months

BIG improvements from the 2 pics. She looked awsome in the first pic,and improved a lot over that. Great work, and keep it up. Good luck on your next show.
