I'm trying to cut down right now to about 7-8% BF and then begin my first cycle
Being 193 lbs right now at about 15-16% BF I'm gonna begin an ECA stack (yellow haze) to get the last few lbs of fat off then begin 100 mg/week Deca with 200 mg/week Test E for 12 weeks and then 80 mgs ED Anavar for PCT for 8 weeks

100mg. deca / 200mg. test, a week? yeah good luck I guess

Why?

Those are barely TRT dosages bro. Although you didnt actually ask, do you want any input on your cycle? I will assume yes.

Yes you are supposed to start with the lowest possible AAS dosage, but I think you are setting yourself up for a loss using that little amount. I will just blindly assume that you are young and therefore I dont see that this cycle will do much other than shut down your natural test production and not give you much in the way of muscle gain.

So why dont you UP the dosages just a little bit. Even if you DOUBLED them you would still be in a very low and reasonable range. If you want to start the first week nice and low to see how you react to the hormone, go ahead. Thats smart. But CYCLING on anything less is a waste of time if you ask me. Might as well take whatever they sell in GNC.
