Hey everyone! Monster kindly gave me some “supps” to try out and I will be starting a log here for accountability! A while back @Elvia1023 was helping me throughout my journey and I had ups and downs that I failed on my part. I would like to shout him out as hes a great guy and was always patient with me! But this time I want to try again and hopefully this time I will succeed. I will be using monsters test e as my trt to start things off then their triblend as a boost to my trt. I will also be using their cialis for the side piece LOL. I want to thank in advance Monster and this community for this journey im about to start all over again.

Id probably get a hard on so I wont risk it LOL. Im going to start with the test e then around March once im more dedicated ill switch it out for that. I have to get a solid routine going and be consistent. Thanks for the support!

@BIGEZ . Took the cialis again and its some strong stuff! Sunday night I will start the test e as my main trt and get bloods pulled in February as thats when im due again.

Hopefully my doc sends me the blood script this week and ill get bloods pulled Saturday. Want to see my cialis results too? LOLLLLL.

I take cialis pre workout (obviously like 3-4 hours prior) on lagging body part days.

I do my regular lift, then do some sort of super pump drop set/superset/ whatever, then a DC extreme stretch.

If there is truth to fascia stretching, that is the way^^^^

Regardless, my arms and quads look ridiculous at the gym

Never got a boner at the gym. If you do, you’re not lifting hard enough. Or….my gym doesn’t have as much ti look at as yours

My plan will be simple and effective. Im going to restart my routine with a 5x5 plan 3 times a week with cardio 5 days a week. I will also add some extra workouts to the 5x5 split just to hit every part a little bit more.
