Great progress m8! What is your diet like?
Thanks brother! Right now I am at about 300g. carbs for the day and usually one or two scheduled cheat meals depending on how I am looking per my coach's recommendations! I had problems gaining initially I think because my metabolism was running so high from the dieting and cardio for 7-8 months so we slowly started increasing the carbs. I started very obese at about 280 lbs. December of 2022 with no gym for probably 8-9 years!Great progress m8! What is your diet like?
Thanks! She did great! She beat her time last year by 5 minutes or so which she felt good about! She just turned 40 so she isn't too competitive and really just does it now because she enjoys it! She is starting to train this week for the Subaru Half Marathon coming up in November here in Jacksonville!you look great! Good job! How'd your wife do in the half marathon?
