Hey fellas, I want to announce I will be running a log . We are having crazy weather here I will update every chance I can, at least 3 to 5 times a week.

Ok guys weather and tornadoes cleared out we are back up here.

I will run

Sustanon 125mg MWF

Test prop 65mg MWF

Tren e 125mg MWF

Tren a 65mg MWF

Mast e 125mg MWF

Mast p 65mg MWF

Hgh 3iu to 5iu ed upon rising.

I run this often

I will add in Anavar later.

I will be working out 4 to 5 days a week.

I will include my diet and photos i will post end of week and at least a photo update of progress 1x every week or 2.

I will include all workouts sets, gear I am using and progress of course.

Guy I want to ask yall opinion about running dhb or npp over tren?

Normally I run cycle I listed and drop the tren ace and mast prop then stay on sust, test p, tren e hgh and sometimes var all oils around 200mg a wk of each tren e and mast e with sust 125mg MWF and test prop 65mg MWF with hgh 3iu to 5iu upon rising then after around 8 weeks I switch the tren e for 200mg deca a week and cruise along and do well with low doses.

It's just a thought and to here your guys input.

I would like you guys to give input on if I should drop tren after 1 month but start adding dhb or npp.

Lol, above is my starting point right now, i know i am needing 20 to 30lbs to normal weight of around 210lbs at 5'8" 8% body fat.
Above photo right now I guess i am 8% but still 5'8" and only 180lbs.
I am in shape just came off a long break and needed to heal some soft tissue.

Proviron 50mg pre-workout 25mg at night

Hgh 5iu upon rising

I will gain some good solid full muscle dhb and me get along. I may leave Tren e at like 100mg a week and use test prop as i feel needed.
 
I think i will be doing labs in May for trt routine so i have plenty of time and this run is very good for me I have cruised with dhb straight thru labs before with trt test cyp and i used prop 10 days pre-draw. Hgh I run straight thru labs but never before the draw on draw day. My labs been great even my hdl went to around 42. Everything else always good. I will post labs in this log section and how i transition to prep for labs.
 
You look great man! Just curious if you have any blood pressure issues. I'm having a hard time keeping mind under control and it's already caused significant kidney damage.

My BP is great
Its 110/65ish on the average.
I am very active I also use 10mg of cialis probably eod too.
I have a very fast metabolism and i work very hard and i am seeing 50 in less than 2.
I have no symptoms of high blood pressure, i do get low blood sugar if I miss a meal its just border line hypoglycemia since a kid. I do get or used to get high Hemoglobin and had to drain 1 pint as needed i went every 3 weeks for 7 years and normal there too.

I don't drink there is alot i will share and would like to see your blood pressure and think it through.

Thanks for the reply. I've got mine under control now through diet and an ace inhibitor my nephrologist prescribed me. Unfortunately the kidneys don't reguvinate like some other organs. Once the damage is done the only thing I can do is to not damage it any further. I was on crazy kamakaze cycles with huge amounts of food for many years.....it finally caught up with me

I laid off protien and eat carbs and heañtjy fats. I hope I dodge bullet I had a bad bph attack unrelated to gear that caused infection and thru me all out of whack.
These days and for years now, low doses and safer choices with gear. I low dose with hgh has trested me great. Life is hard trust me we all live it. But we will remember to enjoy it and be our best.
I stay betwern 185 and 210 at 5'8" around 8% either weight, i chose my health over size at blood Bank years ago.
 
To let yall understand my activity level I will give idea.

I own my own small business I work with a partner but we both self contractors. I am also a diesel Mechanic but right now we doing Electrical that is added or to edition, bomb shelter etc.... we run water, gas, sewer, septic systems. We have tools, service trucks, each a couple of work and storage shops.

WE DO ALL WORK OURSELVES UNDER HOUSE'S, ATTICS, DIG TRENCHES, BACK FILL, TRENCH, RENT MINI EXCAVATOR AS NEEDED UNTIL WE CAN BUY ONE.

WORKOUTS I WILL USE AND ADJUST AS I SEE BODY FAT CHANGE. I GO HIGHER INTENSITY TO LOWER.

CHEST BICEPTS CALVES

CIRCUIT 1

WARM UP THEN

-BENCH PRESS 5 REPS 5 SETS I CHOOSE A WEIGHT I CAN'T COMPLETE ALL 5 AFTER 3RD SET *IMMEDIATELY AFTER I DO A BICEPT MOVEMENT THEN AFTER A CALVE MOVEMENT THEN THAT IS A CIRCUIT

-BICEP STANDING CURL 5 REPS 5 SETS

*AS LISTED ABOVE

-CALVE RAISES STANDING 5 SETS 5 REPS

I ONLY BREATH UNTIL I AM READY AND I BLAST OTHER MUSCLE KEEPING HEART RATE UP AND ALLOWING A MUSCLE TO RECOVER WHILE PUMPING..... LOVE IT

CIRCUIT 2

-INCLINE LOADED PLATE CHEST PRESS

5X5 I LIKE 5, SOME 4 SOME 8, ITS OUR CONTRACTIONS WE GOTTA MASTER.

-SEATED PREACHER CURLS 5X5

GO FULLY EXTENDED THEN TIGHTEN AND CONTRACT..... CAREFULL THIS CAUSES TEARS BUT ONCE MASTERED IT BUILDS TO TRUE (BI-CEPT) THAT EGG ON AN EGG SLPIT...

-SEATED CALVE RAISE 5X5

STILL MONDAY

CURCUIT 3

-PEC DECK 5X5 THEN AFTER 4 SETS DROP SET TILL DEAD

-AB MACHINE TO KEEP HEART PUMPING

5X10 HEAVY

-HAMMER CURLS 5X5 OR GORRILLA CURLS I LIKE TO SAY.

THAT WAS MONDAY WORKOUT. I WILL CATCH UP ON MY DIET AND POST EACH WORKOUT.
 
I ADJUST MY INTENSITY ACCORDINGLY TO BODY FAT % CHANGE OR SLOW DOWN IF MUSCLES NEED TO GROW MORE AND I THEN ADD MORE VOLUME TO MUSCLES BUT I KEEP THE MIXING UP THE WAY I DESIGN AND CHANGE THESE CIRCUITS. I will keep making circuits posting and adjusting all accordingly.

ITS SIMPLE I GET BIGGER PUMP OPPOSITE MUSCLE GIVES ME MORE STRENGTH TO CONTRACT EACH ON THEIR OWN.

OH AND YEAH SHORTER WORKOUTS BUT GETTING IT ALL IN EQUALS CARDIO DONE AND LOWER CORTISOL!!!

I READ ABOUT THIS AND SINCE THE SWITCH I NEVER BEEN OVER 10%.
 
Its been frozen here, its rough fixing busted stuff while its cold, i get wet, and its frozen.

Alot of hot water tanks out too.

Alot of work picked up and big electrical jobs will start once mess clear.

I didnt get to workout today but i pumped mysrlf up doing work.
 
Also my diet then i will post by day all by day Monday thru out.

I will post gear I use when and how much of each, hgh too and my estro control isnt important with this run with dhb test mast var proiron and 100mg wk tren e I will keep in cycle

I will be using Mast and proviron for higher free testosterone and to add more Androgenic activity at receptors because even Anabolics low in Androgenic, receptors respond better with extra Androgenic activity. I learned this years ago especially with primo e and i love primo ace i dont get pip lucky me.
 
Ok meals for today.
I don't have whey protien powder none ATM but normally don't use that much I eat.
Meal 1
Eggs around 8 whole eggs brown ones
2 toast 7 grain wheat.

Meal 2
1/3 cottage cheese
And banana

Meal 3
Popeye's blackened chicken breast.
10 ounces with sweet potatoe

Meal 4
4 slices of turkey on wheat carb smart tortilla

Meal 5
1/2 cup white rice
8 ounces if chicken breast

Meal 6
Bowl of cereal
Honey bunches if oat

Meal 7 snack yogurt
Granola

This is today and rest of day
Have 4 meals in.
Tomorrow going to grocery store.
Getting alot of yogurt, granola, fruits, more oats, salad, eggs, lean ground beef, chicken, cottage cheese, and lots of fiber.
Taking digestive enzymes with probiotics getting stomach right!!!

I am able to eat alot and not totally clean.
Always had fast metabolism.
If i just clean diet more or cut a meal out and replace with protien shake it makes big difference.
I will post diet plans and meals after shopping over week and will use app for calories, carbs, fats to post what I am getting but they never work for me I always need much more calories and food then they figure.
