Lat Pull down single duel grip double cable rack start palms out finish palms in at bottom 4x8

Superset db bent over rows 4x8

Cable rows low 4x8

Superset bicep db curl 4x8

Superset abs machine 4x12

Have legs left for week will bash them

I changed workouts with suggestion of higher rep range.... I will go for more contracting pumps
 
I am waiting on Anavar, Proviron and DHB so i am still running a lttle more tren e and tren a.

My plan below.

Sust 125mg eod

Test p 75mg eod

Tren e 200mg wk

Test-1-cyp (DHB) 500mg wk

Mast e 500 wk

Trest ace 25mg eod as needed

Proviron 50 to 75mg ed

Anavar 75mg ed

Hgh 3-4iu a day

So will either do 5 days workouts with brisk 12 minute Eliptical on 8 setting then 45 minutes on 1 muscle per day 5 days per wk. Mid to low high HIIT

Goal is to stay lean and gain some muscle

200-208 @ 5'8" under 8% my goal.

These cruises are mild I do bloods 3x a year. They affect nothing for me but red blood I do phlebotomy as needed!!!

Gotta pack ALL FOOD for job is at next clients house so i eat on the go.... diet will be good!!!!

Injuries and surgery got me last 2-3 years.

I finally was able to put this together thus run since January!!!

So this is constant for me, training to be bigger but only if lean!! No exception, I chose slowed approach and big bulking days over!!!

Elliptical 10 minutes hardest level

Superset leg extensions heavy
Workout was brutal am still sore.


I am 5'8
197lbs
So i have about 10lbs to gain more I would like but doing great.

Diet or a cleaner one will start!!
