First time with IGF-1.. 25mcgs?

hello.. I will be starting my first run with IGF-1..

after doing some reading and searching..
I will be doing the 3 x week protocol with PWO shots..
gonna be doing 25 mcgs (split into 2 pins) 3 x week

Im 5'5".. weight 170 lbs at 12 %bf

Do you think 25 mcg is good for my first time..?

25mcg bilaterally or 12.5mcg bilaterally? cause i wouldn't do less then 50mcg total but thats just me.

do a search for grunt76 has a very good thread and protocal for igf.

I personally follow Palumbo's protocol of 10mcg bilaterally/daily. I have also heard a few well educated trainers suggest similar dosing and it makes sense to me at least.

He suggests you don't need to shoot it into worked muscle groups due to the LR3 addition, and while i would scientifically be inclined to agree - i do it anyway. It cant hurt, it can only help.

i can't comment on its effects really as it is just my first run with the peptide, but hopefully by the time the third run comes around towards the end of the year, i will be larger than i would have been otherwise! (how i will know is beyond me!) ;)
 
yeah, I got most of my information reading and rereading his protocol for IGF.. he suggested 20,30, or 40 mcgs per day on a 3 x week basis....
since Im not that tall and nowhere near 200 lbs I went with his lower mcg protocol..
