This is a great guide line, stay close to this and you will feel great after a week, put this into play and stick with it.
Bouns* Almond/Coconut milk is GREAT...I drink a ton of coconut water with pulp before training and directly after.
Turkey meat is great for you (Turkey dogs, turkey bacon, turkey sausage, turkey breasts)
Best Breakfast:
Turkey Breakfast Tacos
Scrambles eggs
Cut up turkey bacon / sausage
Spinach
and a "little" cheese
"Fage" yogurt( I use this as sour cream and yogurt )
