Today was my first day starting my anavar. Starting with 50mg daily. Already had great pump in the gym. My CNS felt beat down so I just did arms by themselves today instead of my usual workouts. My current workout routine is
Chest/lagging body part
Back/triceps
Off
Shoulders/biceps
Quads/hams/calves
Off
Repeat first workout

For my big lifts I stay i the 6-10rep range always trying to add weight even if it’s a 2.5lb or increase rep count. My other lifts usually range from 12-20 and some leg exercises even up to 30. Overtime I’ve found what rep schemes work beat for me for each body part . And I used fortitude training a lot in the past and learned a lot and took a lot of the principles from that and kept them in whatever my workout routine is at the moment. I’m also slowly increasing my calories , atm mainly by increasing calories around my workoutS . I work nights so my schedule is usually very different from most. But it does allow me to have more time to get more meals in. I do have to start trying to get more sleep though. The last couple weeks I had a chain of bad events happen to me so my current living situation is messed up and it wffects my sleep a lot and I also have 2 kids and work full time nights so I work with what I can! Another thing I wanted to mention is I’m starting to add more cardio at my workouts as well. I always start with 5 mins on treadmill at high Incline speed walking 3.5mph jus to get blood pumping. But I’m slowly increasing my cardio time slowly after my weights on the stair master. Both for cardiovascular health and to help me stay lean while calories increase. My next post I’ll post my workout exercises reps etc
