folliculitis?

any of u guys gotten folliculitis on the scalp? i started getting like one or two little zits on my scalp like two years ago... i just brushed it off since they were on top of my scalp, but now the shit spread to around the back of my head(neck region). so when i get a hair cut u can see it. ive been to the dermatologist she prescribed me on oral antibiotics and oral coriticalsteroids(sp?) they didnt do shit. anyways i think she is stupid, cuz when she first saw my scalp she didnt know what it was and had to call in the other doc to look at it. are there any topical presciption creams or shampoos that work on it so i can tell this quack to prescribe me it. thanks

that might be a vitamin defeciency. i am in a nutrtion class now and remember something like that. i dont have my book with me now though. just i thought, i dont know for sure.
