What's up guys? Looking for some feedback from some of you bros.

I just started a post cycle cruise a couple weeks ago. The gameplan is to cruise for 8 weeks and then jump on a short cutting cycle before coming off.

Well I bought some Follistatin a little while ago with the plan to use it during the last couple weeks of my cycle. I had a lot going on with the cycle, so I decided not to use it. Instead, I added it in during the first 10 days of my cruise, and the results have been amazing. Maybe it is just placebo, or something else.. but I swear to god I have put on 5-6 pounds of muscle while shedding body fat in just 10 days.

So that brings me to ask this. Since it has been so effective at the start of my cruise, what are your thoughts on using it during PCT?

Also, what kind of interactions do you think it could have with GH and IGF-1?

I know that testosterone increases follistatin levels so when you cruise I bet your folli levels are very low. It makes since the cruise would be a great time to use it.
 
I would definitely use folli and GH during my PCT and cruise.

GH is great overall because of how much it helps your recovery and fat loss. I used GH during my PCT and it helped me out a good bit. And right now I just started back on it and my fat loss has increased a good bit and not to mention the super deep sleeps helps my energy level a good bit (even though I usually get maybe 5hrs of sleep).

Folli helped me with fat loss and some size and strength gain but it also increased my appetite. The only time I would not use folli is during a cut (or at least at the end of it when you have the lowest calorie level) because of it's appetite increase. But it might treat you differently.
 
I honestly don't know a whole lot about it, just what it is supposed to do. And so far my experience has been great. From the results I have had, I can see a lot of ideal times to add this in.

I didn't notice much of an appetite increase from it, but I am shoveling in 8-9 meals a day, so increased hunger never really effects me that much.

I will be starting another 10 days of it at 100mcg shortly. Going to drop everything I am taking besides the Test and GH to see what results it has on it's own. I will be getting bodpod measurements done to get an exact reading of LBM and Body Fat. Then will get it done again after the 10 days of Folli

I believe folli lasts in your system for a month. But great idea on the bodpot. Keep us updated bud! :headbang:
 
Do you think it would be better to take a longer break from it then? Right now, the plan is 10 days on/off. Because it is active so long, would 10 days on, 20 days off be better.. or something along those lines.

In studies it seems they take their shot every two weeks but since you are talking it daily at a lower dose it gradually builds over time. I think 10 days on, 10 days off makes sense.
 
Based on my short experience with it.. I want to try it everywhere.

-Beginning of Cycle
-Mid Cycle
-End of Cycle
-During a Cruise
-During PCT
-After PCT
-Before a Cycle

Just seems like it can have a practical implication anywhere. Makes me wonder if some of those huge IFBB pros are running something like this continuously.

I most likely won't log the results with day to day updates, but I will certainly post updates and before and after results.
