My question is when would be the best time to take extra amino acids my thoughts are if they are added with food does this upset the intake of amino acids from real food like taking vitamin and minireal supp just piss out the extra, so my quess that one of the best time would be after workout but was thinking of adding with meals as well or would this be a waste.
I read a article by Layne Norton about protein pulsing and he doses 5-10mg of BCAA and Lucine in between meals. No need of adding it post workout if you have a soild pre and post meal/shake. It won't be absorbed to it's best potential when you have protein floating around.
