No way AD!!! I understand where those guys are coming from, I was there once. Live and learn is all that we can do. I like to poke at them and they retaliate, that is all it is. Everyone on this site that comes to my gym knows how we sit back and laugh at this whole thing day after day.

Yeah the staggered rep things is awesome and tough, im now using a mixture of staggered reps and normal reps with my training.
Im also about to up my dosage of the LBA's to 1/2 a bottle a day, so seeing there now at a lower price thats fantastic.
