Most effective/highest dose of HMG for fertility

Been trying to conceive with my wife and haven't had luck with HCG, so switching over to HMG. Have as much as I need. Vials are 75iu, with a 50/50 ratio of LH and FSH..I was thinking about doing either 75iu every other day or 75iu every day, but not sure if every day would be overkill, or if even doing 150iu every day might be more beneficial.

75 iu every other day along with 50 mg Clomid worked for me. A member from back in the day big Heinz told me to do it as I think he said it had worked for him, I stopped test also.

I personally ran 75iu 3x a week for a bit. But had heard other stories of MORE than 3 days being effective.
Jumped to 4x and got her pregnant a month later. I know several guys who eventually ran 5x a week to finally conceive.

Do not stop the hcg you should be running both in conjunction for best results. I used it 3x per week (hmg) 75iu per dose. I never stopped running test I don’t think it really matters the hcg and hmg are not actually making you recover it is just artificial signaling so I don’t think you need to stop test but do make sure your estrogen is kept in track if it gets to high from the hcg and test it will reduce fertility big time. Letro is the most effective ai by far at increasing fertility so I would recommend a low dose of that.

I ran 75iu HMG M/W/F/Sun, HCG 500iu Tues/Thur/Sat. Kept Test at 300mg. We have a 3 week old son. It took about 6 months for us to conceive, so be patient. Good luck and enjoy the process of making the baby.

Get a sperm test to see where you’re at, and then based on that, decide re: HMG decision. If you don’t want to do that, I’d just throw it in now

I went through this whole process a bit over 3 years ago, I ran 75mg HMG every other day & 5000iu HCG every other day. Stayed on trt.

I actually had a whole forum thread going for about a year on the progress--doesnt matter. Thought it wasnt working because she wasnt getting pregnant, got tested and my count was 80m & motility was superior to anyone they had ever seen.

My wife & I were so focused on getting pregnant and being perfect that the stress was what was holding us back. The month we decided to stop and say fuck it is the month she got pregnant. I know it's not easy to 'remove the stress'...but after talking with dozens of fertility specialists outside of the medical system, I found that once you are fertile that really is the key.

I really landed on 75iu HMG M/W/F and 2,000ish HCG EOD. I wish I would have added the HMG sooner. Honestly, the more the better though if I could go back I would have started it sooner and done it 4x a week and potentially up to 5 days.

Personally, I'd go with 1500ius HCG and not 5000iu due to increased rick of estrogenic side effects associated with higher HCG usage.

Keep Tamoxifen on hand in case of side effects or run at 10mg/ED.

My wife and I are also trying to conceive and a month ago I started 5000 iu HCG X3 and HMG 75 iu X3 but the 5000 iu of HCG was making me feel weird, think my E was getting too high and my libido was dog shit. Lowered it to 2500 iu X3 and I feel way better. I currently only run test and am 250mg per week.
