I injured my right though- I had ACL surgery in the "dark ages" when they put you in a FULL LEG CAST for 6 weeks (vs. now walking on it with a brace and crutches next if not same day :( hahaha)

I'll try a couple other poses/flexing on my own later... might also be how I was flexing, etc.... good eye! :)

Edit: OR... that could explain my being an "unbalanced person"! hahaha!
 
Haha - I love it - you are cranking those legs now. Try the leg workout on my website. Go to the workout of the month section where you are a paid member - it is last month's. I have had many tell me that was the best leg workout of their life....
