Trained from January03 till november... took break in summer 2months... and got sick 1 desember... till now, alot of drinking too.. hehe...going to start up again now..

did gain alot of strenght the first months, and much mass the last months...

I am 18years old, live in Norway... used protein and creatine only... maybe start up some pro hormons.. I eat alot of fish, and turkey.. with more fish, and some tofu... great protein sources

Went from 55-60kg to 80kg ( around 121lbs to 176lbs )

I do flyes with 55lbs manuals 10 reps, I bench 1rep 220lbs, I do deadlift 10reps with 308lbs, preacher curl with 88lbs 10 reps.. hmm and my tricep weak..... i also started training my hips and thights a few weeks ago... after 3 weeks with squats i 15rep 2 sets 165lbs


The first set of pictures from my start in january-april.... rest.. from august-desember..

I will definitly keep this game up. I love this bodybuilding thing so much... gave me alot ;) I train till I die yeah :cool:

My arms little weak.. only about 40cm.. My waist.. yeah its small, after i went out drinking and stuff, its 72cm ( i think maybe 28" ?? ) :p

I am alittle guy, building myself up.. and I know it will take time, couse I will try stay clean from roids... maybe 10years till I hit 100kg/220lbs at a good rate of fat
