I have been really trying to bring up my back and I started deadlifting Jan of 2006 as I never have before......I kinda self taught myself this movement and I do not have anybody at my gym that is a powerlifter or bodybuilder for that matter to critque my form so the best place to go is here......
This is my second working set 545x7 as I did 600x5 for my personal record right before this....Oh yeah I thought I did 600 in my last blast but It was 585...for some reson the one brain cell I have left in brain thought that 6 plates on eash side was six hundred but its not apprently...lol....I don't wear a belt as I dont' have one and never thought I would need one.....I don't think i am gonig to use one either
Anywho any critiques or suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.....
