Cut up nicely. Up the cals slowly and do a nice clean bulk.
Diet?
Calories started at 3500. Diet was 40/40/20 Initially.
Moved to a keto type of diet at 5 weeks out and kept fat HIGH. Was at 120-140 grams per day. Carbs were moderate at about 80-110 usually averaging about 30 grams of fiber. Protein stayed at 300+ the entire duration.
Worked down to 2900 calories at the final point and thats still were im at currently.
