I had to change my approach or my body would have been one big pain. My problem is I like to push myself hard and heavy, but realize that is not good to go very heavy at my age. Still I put effort in. I just don't go below 8 reps and warm up a lot.
 
I use to weigh 270, felt uncomfortable and maintained 250 for awhile. Even that made me sluggish. Not to mention injuries training heavy to get there.
On your frame especially, that is quite an accomplishment.

Not sure if this is healthy or not but I believe I've become addicted to this fitness thing.
From the biohacking(PED use) to the euphoric feeling one reaches during a training session.
2 sessions a day ?
And using more PEDs to recover to allow me to hit those 2 sessions a day.
I get on the stairs, put on my sun glasses and tune everything out but being in tune with my breathing. Sorry for becoming the sun glass guy but I just love how it blocks out the periphery and dulls the view of people in front of me. Sometimes I close my eyes the shit feels so good.
 
Pesty your shape is what I always had in mind how i want to get older.
You looks amazing for any age but to look so healthy in your age- amazing !
