I've only used the Grill or G.Foreman Grill for this: I always grill just about everything it cuts most unnecessary fat.
1 lb hamburger (I go for the leaner i.e. 93%lean 7% fat) or better
1 cup of oat meal (whole wheat) 1 egg. (organic)
1 can of tuna (I use the tuna/water not oil, and drain completely)
Flavor to your liking i.e. salt,pepper, adobo etc
Personally I put 2 tblspns of honey and a teaspn of Xtra Hot:d:vil-smi Hot sauce+spices to "Kick it up a notch":de:il-smi BAMM!!
mix all ingredients in bowl completely. An Grill patties to your liking.
I try to stay away from white bread so for buns... Whole wheat I recmnd, again preferences vary. Followed by the usual Lettuce,Tomatos,Onions, etc. Enjoy.
