Warm Chocolate Protein Sponge Cake

In a large coffee mug

1 scoop chocolate casein protein
1 tblspn cocoa powder
1 tspn sweetener
1/2 tspn baking powder
Stir
Add 1 egg white
3 tblspn almond milk or skim milk
Mix with fork
Add water if too thick (should be relatively thick)
If you want to add anything do so now (I like a scoop of peanut butter)
Microwave on high 1-1.5 min
If it starts to rise out of mug stop and push it back in
Remove from mug put on plate. Glorious

Everytime I've tried this it comes out pretty dry like i can barely cut it with a fork. Anyone have a suggestion on how to keep it moist?

Either don't cook it as long or add a bit of water. If it looks a little under done it's better than over.
