Do you freeze it?I think there's a reason why there are so many lightly used Ninja Creami's on eBay. It's fun the first few times but after that *meh*
You can add as much protein powder as you'd like to sugar-free Jell-o pudding and it's much easier.
I searched Google several times for this. Here's the summary:I have a Creami and eat a half pint to a pint every night before bed. It’s freakin amazing. But I am now starting to think using whey protein is simply a waste of protein. It’s been a while since I researched but I’m pretty sure the consensus still is that whey protein powder becomes denatured 4 hours after reconstituting with liquid. So by the time the ice cream is frozen the whey is totally pointless. So I’m thinking casein is the only way.
I’d love to hear some informed thoughts on that though.

I'm old school when it comes to ice cream flavors....vanilla for sure....I go for strawberry as well.
