PB powder & Splenda…I can eat that stuff by the bucket!
just get your water to boiling and stir in slowly until your desired consistency is reached.
Have you tried blending it first. Would be quicker and may not need as much heat.I wanted to eat something like 450g carbs and 650g (2 days 450 1 650), and couldn’t be able to eat lot of rice / pasta whatever.. so i swapped to crap food and my digestion got a bit fucked.. i tried cream rice and stuff like that for babies… but i was puking tryna eating a lot of that fuckin flour turned into fuckin cream.. salted or sweeted it was..
So.. i had an epiphany.. for the lucky guys that will read this post and will try it, it changed my life and could change your as well if your appetite is poor and are sick of tons of volume of food etc..

This is 120g of toasted basmati rice… 100g of good carbs… then i blended it to the size i liked, its hard because of the toasting process (5 min in a pan, moderate flame, without anything else, just keep stirring it to prevent it from burning)
How do i eat that? I put scoops in my mouth, 120g are something like 4-5 scoops, i then drink coke zero, or water, or juices based on the carbs amount i need.
Little to not space wasted in your stomach, no bloating, no sickness, no shit feeling due to have to eat shit in 30-40 fuckin minutes..
So, if you wanna eat lot of good carbs in little to no time, when you lack of appetite because of tren or what else, this recipe will save your bb career.

Definitely isn't cheap compared to super market. But COR for me is very EASILY digestible. Oats always upset my stomach, even the gluten free ones. I prefer this COR because of the texture and taste, I personally like having my food taste enjoyable (I know, not hardcore lol)I’m seeing 24oz. Still expensive
What makes this ‘special’ for you?
And does anybody eat steel cut oats anymore?
Yes man, i always burned it when made into flour ahah.. anyway 6 minutes on a pan and stirring isnt that crazy.. i just ate 200g of basmati rice (less than a glass) in 1 minute and stomach is kinda empty…Have you tried blending it first. Would be quicker and may not need as much heat.
I give up on this shit. I must be an idiot bc I cannot get this right.MOST of the time i was flavoring with whatever my whey was AFTER it was done cooking.
But wanted to use something other then whey... so went with that concoction.
ALWAYS after. Microwave for 90 seconds - 2 mins, stir...then 30-40 second increments after that. Microwave, stir the clumps out, over and over again.
I quit adding protein powder to my recipes long ago. I just drink it separately. Plus i don't like cooking it again as it may degrade the protein.Getting a little better at making this, but after adding the protein powder, I still can’t get it to mix properly. I’m tasting chunks of protein powder while eating it lol
I’ve mixed and mixed and stirred as much as possible
Sorry, maybe I didn't quite understand the procedure.I wanted to eat something like 450g carbs and 650g (2 days 450 1 650), and couldn’t be able to eat lot of rice / pasta whatever.. so i swapped to crap food and my digestion got a bit fucked.. i tried cream rice and stuff like that for babies… but i was puking tryna eating a lot of that fuckin flour turned into fuckin cream.. salted or sweeted it was..

Just getting into cream of rice and gonna follow this recipe. How much salt and Splenda do you like to add for the contrast of sweet and savory?I add splenda & salt before cooking and cinnamon after cooking.
I mix 1 scoop protein with the COR, add water, salt and boil on the stove. Just before it is fully cooked, I mix in 1 cup of egg whites. Once cooked I top with berries and cinnamon.
1/4 tsp salt is standard in all my meals. I only need to add 1 splenda because the sweetness from the protein powder also plays a factor. I would say 1-2 splenda.Just getting into cream of rice and gonna follow this recipe. How much salt and Splenda do you like to add for the contrast of sweet and savory?
