I’ve been making my own in the blender and it’s pretty damn good actually.Just wondering what brands and flavors people are using for their go to for protein ice cream currently?

Ice cubes, egg whites, vanilla ice cream flavored protein powder, stevia, xanthan gum for thickening and 10-15 drops of peppermint extract. Ill add some almond milk sometime ms.
Tastes like peppermint frosty Wendy’s has during the holidays and basically pure protein

But the best flavors IMO which I use for pancakes and would suggest for icecream would be the RAW CBUM flavors. That stuff tastes like candy.

I just use sugar free pudding vanilla or cheese cake.Anywhere from half to a teaspoon.
Also blend some first to break up the ice before adding the xanthan gum or it can get so thick it won’t blend

Yeah I really like it, it expands some so the container on the blender is pretty full. The xanthan gum seems to make it more filling too. I can have one around 6:30-7:00 in the evening and that urge to graze is reduced quite a bitI've got to try the gum when dieting hard.
Gotta be carefull not to use too much , as you mention half a teaspoon it plenty.
