Best ratio of water to cream of rice

What ratio of water to cream of rice do you guys use to get that nice thick texture?

I usually just eyeball it, curious if anyone here is a mad scientist in the kitchen lol.

I'm not sure what brand of Cream of Rice you use, but with Rice N Grinds, I use 3.4 times the water so 75 grams of rice n grinds, 255g water.

I make my own with a coffee grinder, ill give that ratio a shot!

I’ve been using this brand from Amazon for a while now. It’s 1 cup of water per packet (34g carbs) and it comes out perfectly thick every time! I’ve been loving some cream of rice lately.

I eye ball it as well. I make my own COR by blending organic white rice on high setting. Eye balling it only works if you're cooking on a stove. I've tried the microwave but wasn't a fan of the consistency.

1/4 cup of COR with 1 cup water is a good starting point for your ratio and then you can tweak things from there.

For 100 gr. of cream,I use 200 gr or ml of water.Double the amount.
Perfect for my taste.
