If you’re like me and enjoy eating but also follow a strict diet then I thought I’d share a tip I’ve been doing recently that has been great. I’ve used it for my rice, quinoa, and power grains and they all taste so much better. Instead of boiling in water I’m using organic chicken bone broth. It’s low in calories and also adds much needed additional protein. Maybe this isn’t ground breaking info but I thought it was worthy of sharing none the less. Seriously it’s enabled me to start truly enjoying the tastes of these foods again without compromising on the reason we all choke this shit down in the first place.
