lookin good man, now you just need to fill in the 5 11 frame you got , in the 2nd picture its very clear that the lats need alot of work but overall looks good, but of course we havent seen the LEGS???
Thanks for the comments. I just got back into the gym several weeks ago and I just spent a couple months running 2 miles ed so the wheels took bit of a hit. Ill get some shots up in a couple weeks.
Same here. Very nice balance except the Lats are high (cant help that much) and need a bit more mass. But very good, really!
I have gotten descent lat size (best bodypart for me) trianing it hard and heavy-basic exercises, not really much high rep work like I do for alot of bodyparts.
Rack deadlifts or regular deads; HEAVY pulldowns or weighted chins; seated rows; Dumbell or hammer (lowrow) 1-arm rows will be real good for those lower lats. HUGE WEIGHTS-get the mindset like most guys have on the bench and transfer that to your back workout.
