Just wanted to introduce a new member. She is a great friend, client and trainer/competitor that works for me. She is full of positive energy and has a real passion for the sport of bodybuilding and the industry as a whole. I can guarantee that you'll see great things to come from her! She took 2nd in her first show ever which was no slouch being the Los Angeles open. Physique wise she was first, but being her first show, her presentation knocked her down a couple points due to being too nervous. Won't happen again! She's doing the Orange County and then onto Jr. USA's. Please welcome her as I know you all will. PM is like a family.

It's about time Rob got you on here. Like Rob said this girl is going places and fast. She enjoys every aspect of the sport and after taking her through a leg workout on Sat with hotfigure I also have to add that she is sick in the head, which we all know means that she will do very well in the sport.

P is the best...her BF is gay I think, but since he is a friend, I have to look past that AHAHHAHAHAHAH!!!! No just messing with him C has been my bud for the past 10 years or so...DAMN TIME FLIES. BIG WEDDING COMING UP THIS SUMMER, so there will be no boobie pics on here I am sure.

Anyways, she took 2nd in her first show...she has great muscle for someone that has not been training seriously.

Watch for her this year...ROB is doing a great job with her and the rest of the ladies.

Yeah Denis did win that show. was funny he came bustin through our room after his win. Saw him the next day at Meca doin a photo shoot. great physique! Can't help it, Im a muscle fan.
