Without getting into specifics if you dont want to, could you give us an update on how CC is doing? Is he back to training yet? Right now are there any plans on competing this year?

I will defer to 2Sick on this one, he just spoke Chris this morning. I have not talked to him in a couple weeks. He is so up and down right now, when we chat he gets pumped talking to me and commited and then it is so easy for him to fall back into the scene again. I need to get him out of Vegas and that whole life and have him move out by me so I can work with him one on one. He needs structure, he slips to easy.

He will be going with 2Sick and me to the Arnold and we are all crashing out in one room. So if anyone wants to meet up and say hi, please let me know. I will also be with Kris Dim, hopefully he gets and invite after they see what I have done with him for the Ironman, and a few other guys. I need Chris to go, so he can see what he is missing, the evironment etc.

That sucks.....I thought Chris had maybe put all that behind him. Whatever he chooses, I wish him the best. Hopefully you guys can steer him in the right direction and get him back on course.

On another note, thats awesome your working with Dim. I take it he's made good changes since his last outing. Rumor is he's been through alot over the last year and for him to be able to focus and bring it all today is great. Good luck at the Arnold to both of you.

I was with Dim last weekend in Sac. and he is looking incredible. I was with him 3 weeks before that and he looked good and commented on how good he would look when he saw me in 3 weeks time. Dim is right on the money, looking more seperated and fuller than ever I might ad, he has worked a lot on his quads this past year from his knee surgery and is almost back to the original size. about 3/4 inch short. Dim is the type of guy who grows toward the show. His lower back and traps were thick and stood way out.

Cormier is def. one of my best friends and it sucks to sit around and see all this happening to him at one time. It just seems like timing is getting the best of Chris right now. 6 months ago when he was in the hospital all he could do is think about the arnold the olympia etc...He had so much time to sit and think about his life that he actually cried about it over the phone and swore he was going to come back bigger and better than ever. When he got back to Vegas it was immidiate stress and a lot has happened. Between personal situations and contractual abligations things began to looked down.
After Chris's nephew Bubba and I finally drilled it into his head enough to get rid of the bullshit I think he is making the move in the right direction even with the bullshit still surrounding him. He is now back in LA and training. he resigned with Muscle Tech and just needs to get a few things strait. He is not partying like he is used to doing. He is making the focus to training. We all got together for Xmas in San Jose and it was the happiest I have seen Chris in a while. He is back up to around 270 right now. Yesterday he wanted to go to the Arnold and called last night but I was too tired to bullshit. Plans change with Chris pretty fast so if he is at the arnold cool if not dont be dissappointed. Chris will compete this year though and qualify for the O. Chris could be the surpize at the Mr. O.
