General redness/pink color to skin

My skin keeps getting flush for no apparent reason. It tends to be centered around my head, shoulders, back and upper arms. It comes and goes but at times it can make me look odd.

Does anyone have any idea what the issue might be?

It does not tend to be tied to activity which is odd also

Not enough, I think you will need to post more info. about supps or whatever else you are on. This would help narrow things down. Also, what is your BP like?

i think niacin will do this. check your supps or if you have added something new to your arsenal. in high doses i look like im sun burnt minutes after i ingest it.

My BP sucks.

It was up to 180/88 nuts...

medicine got it down to 145/70-75, still trying to get it down more.

On some injectables. susps are general health besides cabergoline 3 times a week and NYC stack twice a day.

gotta try to get bp again but my sister who is studying to be a nurse said my stethoscope sucks and my technique is self taught ha

Niacin causes a flushing effect, this can account for redness. But in your case it is BP related. Just keep a close eye on your BP and try to get it down some more.

I really don't know if I am doing it right but I got 138/70 for my bp which is about average for me.

Nothing has niacin in it. I do get some heat along with the redness sometimes but not really every time. Its just odd looking pink all the time. Last check my RBC was normal. I am considering seeing my dr but $85 a pop when you aren't working is hard and already owe him like 700

I was thinking about adding garlic and maybe curcumin for BP. I already take folic acid, magnesium and my med (diazide and michardis)

$85 is a lot for some people but you gotta remember this is your health. You won't have to worry much about that $85 when you're in a box 6ft under. Spend the money and get the blood work done.

Well with the bloodwork thats like almost $200, its 85 just for him to check my bp and say hello
