Hey everyone
I have had word from the admins on the order site and they would like me to stress that once you have received your packages please mark them received. If you have more then 1 pack sent and have only recieved one then please mark that order received. If you receive All packs and their is a missing product then please mark all products received and leave the ones you did not empy or at 0. This system was desinged completey for the user. It allows the admins and the shippers to see whats going on with your packs and what needs to be sent or resent without having to go through 50 e-mails back and forth. Also by marking it recevived it removes your address completely from the site so you will be safe and secure going foward. GxGr is the only source that offers this so please take advantage of it.
I would also like to make sure that everyone is aware that Free shipping is auttomaticaly deducted by the order site once the products in your cart meet or exceed $250.00 usd. So please going foward send the total amount that is listed on the site and do not deduct the $27.00 shipping yourself, that system has not been used in over 6 months. Going foward there will be no exceptions on sending orders out that are short becasue the user took the shipping out themselves.
