JT...make sure you take a small break from the gym 3-5 days before you have your blood drawn. Lifting weights...specially the weight you throw around, will elevate you liver enzymes and may give you a false positive for liver stress. Also if you are eating high protein decrease your intake for the 5 days preceding your blood draw and keep water intake relatively high. High protein diets have been known to slightly elevate liver panels. Taking these few pecautions will give you a more accurate look at you liver function.
