This is me in the Middle, at Local show here in New Zealand last Saturday. Now getting ready for The Nationals here in 11 days time.
Still burning off more fat over the next week, still unsure how to stay fully hydrated while removing all subcreanous water. I always hold alot of water and when I drop it, it also drops from the muscle making me very flat.
