GH-Still confused

I have researched and had alot of feedback on HGH and when to take it. But I am still confused on the optimal time to take it for mass (5-8iu's eod). In the morning? Post workout? Before bed time? Any real world results with any of these protocols? Any suggestions or answers would be greatly appreciated.-

Well, if you take it before bedtime then you risk interfering with the natural HGH release at bedtime. But then again, I havent read any studies that show that synthetic HGH does or does not shut down natural HGH production. If it does, then taking it before bedtime wouldnt be a bad idea and then in the morning. It would be really nice to know because I think it's important.
