i have been taking MSM & Glusosamine for joints health. i was just wondering cause it says on the bottle and in the add that it actually strengthens ligaments and connective tissues along with comforting the joints. but from what doctors have told me and books i have read this stuff does not strenghten tendon!? im confused whats your take on this product overall is it worth taking while working out or not or is it just a gimmick product?
