Going from self prescribed to doc trt. Dosage questions

Hey guys

So, I’ve been doing self prescribed TRT for a while now at 200mg (100mg twice a week).
This after blasting and cruising for around 8 years.

For mainly legal reasons I want to go over to doc prescribed TRT.

I went to see my Endo today and told her about my past cycles and self TRT.
To my surprise she was very knowledgable and understanding.
She did not scold me on my huge doses and oral use in the past.

Anyway, TRT in my country is standardised at one shot of 250mg of Sustanon every 3 weeks.
I told her I’m not feeling the three weekly dose because of the huge fluctuations. She said I could dose it as I want but insurance won’t cover anything more than 1ml every three weeks.

That means about 83mg weekly.

In order to maximise gains (or minimise muscle loss) would it be beneficial to do 12mg ED with slin pins? (Emerics protocol.. claims to keep test levels higher?)

I don’t want to add more test but actually follow the prescribed dose.

I have to lower my test dose to around these levels first and get blood work done, then see my endo again before I get my script.


Any more tips or advice are always welcome

Daily dosing is definitely the way to go, try to get .3ml insulin syringes to make it easy (29g or 30g, not 31g if you can help it). 12mg/day will probably put you in the 700-800 range at least, which is ideal for trt. You may even want slightly less than 12mg if e2 doesn't stay normal without an AI.

Also, if you get 1ml bottles, they will probably have an extra .15 ml in them

Dang it I ordered .5ml syringes already (29g 0,5” though). Hope it’ll go well.

It would be Sustanon in 1ml vials so, yes. That’s good news!

.5ml/29g will work fine, you will be able to draw easily to a few IU (5?).
