Good blood pressure monitor?

Thinking the wrist ones might be better for most of us since our arms are bigger than the average arms. Most times the arm cuffs are too small for my arm so I get false readings that are too high.

I'm sure a lot of you use at home monitors. Which ones do you use? Which ones are worth it? A lot of them seem to give inaccurate readings.

if you know how to use a sphygmomanometer thats ur best bet. if not the second best is upper arm cuff monitors unless your arms are to big for the large cuff. then wrist monitors. if you go with upper arm or wrist next time you go to the docs bring it with you to test against his readings to see how accurate it is.

I had to buy one. I believe its an Omron. I got it at Walmart and I find it to be pretty accurate.. I use my left arm seated at rest.

Get the Life Source one. It's accurate

Just make sure you get the right size sleeve. If the sleeve is too small you get poor readings.
