Clen and low blood pressure

Anyone have anything to actually help with low blood pressure on clen?

About 2 weeks in and my blood pressure has actually been dropping low on it (feeling light headed, weak/flat during training, headaches/dizzy).

Only on 40mcg.

The answer to low BP is always more ephedrine, always.
