Good Crock Pot Chicken

Boom,

You are going to LOVE this. I am heading home from work now to a crock pot full of this chickenny goodness=-) Its like a little piece of heaven in your mouth. Well, i am a really bad cook so anything that tastes better than a grilled piece of chicken is wonderful to me.

You guys leave the chicken breats whole? cut them up? or cube them while they are in the crock pot? anyone substitute brown rice for white rice?

5 I think. It held 4lbs of Chicken 2 16oz jars of Chi-chi's mild salsa and 4 cans of blk beans. And I drained the water out of the beans.

By the way it turned out GREAT!

Gonna eat some more in a few minutes..

Has anyone posted the nutritional break down on the original ingredients yet? unless i missed it, it would be a great piece of info to add.

Carbs? Proteins? Fats? (minus the rice)

I have used a slow cooker for a long time now! I don't add any additional carbs, just spied up with seasonings. Slow cook it make it like shredded chicken. Then I added my portioned carbs and if my accurate amounts of fat. I just like the way it keeps the flavor!

I just ate this, but cooked on low for 8 hours while i slept, i like how the chicken easily shreads apart,anyway turned out great,thanks bro.

im gonna throw this together today at lunch and hopefully be munching it down for dinner. Should last a few days for a meal or so a day.

Mine lasted me 2 days. Then when i got tired of that taste. I heated some corn taco shells drained the beans,chicken, added some hot sauce and ate them as a taco. Was very good that way also.

got it all cooked up last night gonna try it out tonight for dinner. The little tasters i had turned out pretty good but mine is much more soupy than yorus.
