Here is a good cheap intra work out formula that i love.

10 grams bcaa
5 grams glutamine
1 to 2 servings of waxy maize
For the flavoring as the bcaa will taste bad use like crystal light or mio and mix with 24 to 36 oz of water.
Yes you can alter the carb contents depending on if your cutting or bulking. This drink has been great to preserve lean muslce mass and sustain energy levels while i train. I think it defintly beats alot of the drinks out there and saves money over the long run
