Sorry dont have a recent pic for you.
At the moment I'm not in shape at all....just recently got back to the gym after a long layoff.
But I'll see if I can post a recent pic soon... I'm not afraid to show myself when the chips are down.....shit happens. Good motivation to work hard again.

The pic in the atavar was 10 days before the guest pose pic. Youre right I was holding water in the atavar pic.....shed about 5 kg for the guest posing.

It's Ronnie and I was pretty big then. Man I cant describe how it feels when someone like him says... "hey man youre a big mofo " even if he was just being the nice guy he is LOL

But in all honesty Ronnie had won the Mr Olympia just a week earlier and as you see was wearing a huge black shirt so I had an optical advantage for the pic. I was glad he didnt take his shirt off to humiliate me

55 cm......that was the biggest I ever managed to get them.
At the moment I'm back at 50 cm after a long layoff but I hope to get back up there this year
