Gym door access system

I'd like to convert to a 24 hour format at my gym..any advice on products to use for the door? Any experience on systems that you've used or built?

For inventory..scheduling and sales in using MIS. Perhaps something will integrate.

For door access I have installed the Atrium system by CDVI, I don't know if I can post a link so you can Google that for more info.

Not sure how it will integrate with other stuff you have but basically they have multiple types of card readers and then you can easily program your own Fobs and Cards for clients, also very easy to set automatic door locking schedules or holiday schedules etc.

The system can alert you via email if a door doesn't close properly or is jammed and can alert you to anything else.

Very easy system to program once its installed and anybody that has installed door access control systems should be able to install it quickly assuming wiring is in places or can easily be run for the readers.

Can be done a lot of ways. Keypad, rfid swipe cards., etc. all wired into an electromagnet or other mechanism.
I mess with this stuff all day for other reasons.
It really depends on the gym as a turn- key setup can be expensive. Parts are very very cheap. So if somehow you can install yourself or sub out the labor you'd save some $$.
It's not hard to do. But depends on your schedule, abilities, and patience level. Some things are best subbed out to someone in the field.
