Hanging out with Mark Alvisi and Ava Cowan....

I knew they were going to be in Ocala, FL on Sat., and I really wanted to go and meet them, but I couldnt go since I work tomorrow...

Well, today I get an events notice email that they were in Orlando at Max Muscle...about 20 minutes from my house...I was so excited!! I tried to call Tony, text him, email him....didnt know where he was...to tell him, we were going to Max Muscle by Mall of Millinia, and we have to get there before 7:00 PM.

Anyway, we made it there with plenty of time to hang out and chat some..I can't say enough how cool, and friendly they both were....She is just as beautiful in person and a sweetheart....and Mark Alvisi was just as sweet and friendly..they signed a couple of pics..again super nice.....funny, I saw what Mark ate for dinner..he was hungry..I wont tell, lol.....

I thought you guys and ladies would enjoy a few pics...don't look at my tired face its been a long week..

Tony on Ava's lap top...I think he had to check his emails, lol...they look like they may be thinking, dude, hurry up!! We are the stars here...actually, very down to earth people...extremely cool.

I' am a big Ava fan....and we all have seen Mark for a long time in mags and shows....Im telling you I was excited to find out they were so close to home and was going with or with out Tony...gladly, he said yes...he would go

she was so cool, and sweet and beautiful....we talked for a while, she answered questions..Mark did too...he has lived in FL for a while...Ava about 4 years now.....oh, she eats alot like me, ,lol.....we talked about fav foods and how we can eat more than the guys at times....I told her I was on low carbs right now but tonight I can have whatever, so we talked about what I was having, lol..cool stuff....water cutting, carbs, a bit show talk....


and Kari, they will be at the Europa Show here in two weeks...we said we would hang out and chat more...so sweet and cool, we had alot of things in common..I was happy

Very Impressed

Well I have to say that going out there with Marilyn I really didn't know what to expect. I know Marilyn is a big fan of Eva Cowan so I knew she really wanted to go out there I was just along for the ride. I have to say though both Eva Cowan and Mark Alvisi really impressed me. I thought they were very well spoken and I really enjoyed talking to Alvisi. Once Alvisi and I kind of got to know each other we had a really good 30-45 minute conversation about various topics (including stomach vacuums...haha) I was really impressed that not only was he a fan of them but he actually can do one and does one on stage. All in all I am really glad that I went out there with M and I am looking forward to running into them at the Europa in a couple of weeks. I know that I will be pulling for them when they compete in the future as well.

Wow, they both sound really cool! I met Mark briefly at the Arnold, but it was just to take a quick picture (he's my celebrity bb crush - don't tell Lucian cuz he'll be jealous! LOL ). I haven't met Ava in person and don't know much about her. Seems like they're both down-to-earth, real people. Good to know, especially in this industry! Have fun at the Europa; should be a fun show!

I really was taken a back how cool and chilled they were...I mean we were in conversation before too long like we knew each other....really cool..Mark would be right in there too with figure chat....it was nice....He did excuse himself to eat...Ava had just had a bar, but said she can eat more than Mark

I said yea, I have a heathly appetite myself..actually scarry but I have put away more food than Tony more than once.

Im with you She's pretty amazing...I follow her videos and it really does inspire and motivate me....

take out sushi..not sure what else eats, but he had sushi

Mark loves to eat. He eats extremely clean most of the year and relys mostly on more cardio to dial him in. I've seen this guy eat and its nothing short of ugly.... Fish, ground turkey, chicken, yams and hashbrowns. All mixed together. It wasn't pretty.

He is one of the few guys that can hold a vaccum pose, also he has almost "shelby-like" glutes when it comes to contest day. He comes in shredded.

Actually it was ground chicken, ground turkey, hashbrowns and yams. We were out on a boat heading to the sandbar. I was kidding around asking why he couldn't take a few hours off and his reply was "it's all about how bad you want it"....

He's dedicated. Those guys live a lifestyle most of us will never understand.
