A quick suggestion from me is to start practicing everyday 10 minutes every day after your workout. quality repetions of perfect posing make your time on stage an enjoyable expirience and can help you move up a few places if you are presenting yourself better than your competition......
agreed! we didn't have that drilled into our heads did we bulldog? lol
i've been practicing everyday since i started prep at 20 weeks out!
you'll feel so much better on stage as bd said, and that confidence in your posing goes a long way!
