Happy Father's Day to all you bodybuilding dads out there!

I myself am a father of 4! Keeps me very busy but worth every minute! My 4 and 6 year old got me up this morning by jumping in my bed and shouting happy father's day. They did let me sleep in. Then I got a wonderful card and the traditional "World's greatest dad" shirt!!

Anyways, Happy Father's Day to all you dads out there!

I'm off to see my Grandfather today. WWII veteran, 94 years old and, while not in the best health, still kicking. I look forward to tossing back a beer with him today! He likes seeing my kids - his Great Grandchildren!!

Thanks!...and Happy Fathers Day to all. My 15 yr son is in Colorado at a Young Life Christian camp so I only got a text from him and my 19 yr daughter who lives in Houston sent me an awesome gift, when I opened it up she had everything stacked in it. A Flex magazine was on top, then below that was some brownies, oatmeal/choc chip cookies, big bag of sunflower seeds and a Silver Star t-shirt with a nice card. Now to get fat and happy.
